Shipping and return policies

For us it is important that you are happy with your purchase. If not, you have up to 15 calendar days to change or return your order, counting from the day you received it.

For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered (keeping its original packaging, as well as all the initial content of it).
The product must be in perfect condition and have no obvious signs of use.
Changes

If you receive your order and want to make a size change, send us an email to info@theglabjewels.com indicating the change you want to make.
Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Returns

In the event that you want to make a return, contact us through our mail, info@theglabjewels.com
Once we have received the order and verified that it is complete and in its original condition, we will refund the amount of the items you return, using the same means of payment that you used in the initial purchase.
Shipping costs will be borne by you unless it is due to a defect in the part.
THE-GLAB is not responsible for any damage or loss that the package may suffer during its transit. It will be your responsibility that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition. Therefore, we recommend using the original packaging and sending it by registered mail or through a courier company.

Shipping

All orders are sent, as a priority, through the company SEUR, in a personalized way and with acknowledgment of receipt. In exceptional cases, other courier / parcel services of proven solvency are used. Delivery times are considered approximate * and are those recommended by the contracted courier companies.

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped the next day. In the case of orders placed on a public holiday, they will be shipped on the first business day from the order date.

Shipping prices:
Mainland Spain, Andorra and Portugal: € 2.50. Purchases over € 55.00 will be sent free of charge.

Balearic Islands: € 3.50. Purchases over € 65.00 will be sent free of charge.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 8.50. Purchases over € 85.00 will be sent free of charge.

The following European countries will have a shipping cost of: € 12.00. Purchases over € 110.00 will be sent free of charge. Countries: Poland, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
The following European countries will have a shipping cost of: € 13.00. Purchases over € 115.00 will be sent free of charge. Countries: Hungary, Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia.
The following European countries will have a shipping cost of: € 22.00. Purchases over € 125.00 will be sent free of charge. Countries: Croatia, Latvia, Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia.
The following European countries will have a shipping cost of: € 25.00. Purchases over € 130.00 will be sent free of charge. Countries: Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Finland.
The following European country will have a shipping cost of: € 29.00. Purchases over € 140.00 will be sent free of charge. Country: Switzerland.
The following European countries will have a shipping cost of: € 40.00. Purchases over € 180.00 will be sent free of charge. Countries: Norway and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The following European country will have a shipping cost of: € 50.00. Purchases over € 225.00 will be sent free of charge. Country: Serbia and Montenegro.

In the case of wanting to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible at info@theglabjewels.com
Once the package has been shipped, a change of address will not be possible.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Likewise, we tell you that we do not make shipments through the CityPack service.

* Given the exceptional situation caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus, the deadlines are approximate and may vary depending on the circumstances. 

* On certain dates (Christmas, Black Friday, special promotions, etc ...) or moments, deliveries could be delayed due to causes beyond our control.
