SHIPMENT AND RETURNS POLICIES
It is important to us that you be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 15 calendar days to exchange or return your order, counting from the day in which you received it.
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must comply with the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered (still with its original packaging, as well as all the initial content of the same).
- The product must be in perfect condition and not have clear signs of use.
If you receive your order and you want to ask for a change in size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what change you want to make.
Shipment costs shall be charged to you.
Earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Once we have received the order and verified that it is complete and in its original state, we will refund the amount of the items you are returning, using the same payment method you used in the initial purchase.
The shipment costs shall be charged to you unless there is a defect in the piece.
THE-GLAB does not take responsibility for any damage or loss that the package may suffer during transportation. It will be your responsibility for said package to reach our facilities in perfect conditions. That’s why we recommend using the original packaging and for the shipment to be carried out via certified post or through a courier company.
All orders are sent through courier companies with well-known prestige with customised delivery. The delivery deadlines are considered to be approximate and are those recommended by the contracted courier company. If you wish to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been made, you must notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the package has been sent, it will not be possible to change the address.
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (on a business day) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day.
Peninsular Spain, Andorra and Portugal: € 2.50. Purchases over € 55.00 will be sent free of charge. Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 3.50. Purchases over € 55.00 will be sent free of charge.
The following European countries will have a shipping cost of: € 12.00. Purchases over € 110.00 will be sent free of charge.
Countries: Poland, Germany, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Hungary, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Denmark.
In case you want to make a change at the delivery address once the order is placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com
Once the package has been issued, the address change will not be possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. Also, we comment that we do not ship through the CityPack service.
* Given the exceptional situation caused by Covid19, the shipping days may vary due to the circumstances.
* On designated dates (Christmas, special promotions, etc ...), deliveries could be delayed due to causes beyond our will.
